Welcome to PMatch App. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application. This is a legal agreement between you and PMatch App ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the app on your personal mobile device
  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Access the features and content provided within the app

3.2 License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

5.2 Third-Party Content

Tennis match data, player statistics, and tournament information are provided by third-party services such as TheSportsDB. We do not claim ownership of this data and it is subject to the terms and licenses of the respective data providers.

5.3 User-Generated Content

Any predictions, insights, or notes you create within the app remain your property. However, by using the app, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMatch App, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the app
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

9. Updates and Modifications

9.1 App Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the app at any time. These updates may:

  • Require you to accept new terms or update the app to continue using it

9.2 Changes to Terms

10. Termination

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PMatch App regarding the app and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or internet service failures.
